Enhance customer satisfaction and trust. Keep abreast with the latest industry advancements, methods & tools via ongoing education & training. Maintain records and compile failure reports. Document diagnostic findings, repair procedures, parts used & other key details for future reference. Qualifications Qualified in both Mechanical and Auto Electrical trades: Master Technician Certification sign off. Skills Attentive and cautious to details. Thoroughness in diagnostics and repairs, ensuring high quality. Ability to remain patient and composed while diagnosing and fixing complex issues. Time Management Skills. A focus on quality and output performance. Energetic and change / improvement focused. Demonstrate integrity and honesty in dealing with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers. Capability to guide and support less experienced technicians. Analytical and strategic skills to identify problems thereafter solve them. Articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely. Ensure safety precautions are in place and work conscious. Experience Practical experience as a Technician + Auto Electrician - 5 years. Track record of completing all relevant e-learnings, and face to face meetings with the MAN Training Academy.
