Description of Role New Business Development by means of canvassing and networking Constant and proactive mining of a large and constantly updated leads database Arrange viewings with Landlords and prospective Tenants Integrating your day-to-day role with the Global Corporate Services Team & Auction Team to streamline the interaction between the divisions Updating of internal CRM system Updating online platforms when marketing any stock Timeously communicate with prospective clients that have made inquiries Conduct and manage the interaction between the parties of a transaction with integrity and professionalism in order to establish a successful outcome and to maintain good relationships Draft and complete legal documents Be regarded as an area specialist broker which includes growing and maintaining relationships with the respective landlords and tenants within the given area Manage and control a lease expiry database within your team to ensure that you are the first point of contact Adhere to and remain inquisitive about industry best practices Remain knowledgeable about property values and valuations within your area Competencies required Develop & maintain effective business relationships Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills Consistent & proactive service delivery Excellent negotiating skills A strong customer service mindset Creative problem-solving skills Able to interact professionally and effectively with clients Organisational skills Optimistic, energetic, and friendly nature Confident & Determined Requirements Matric level or equivalent education Own vehicle Valid driver’s license Additional Benefits The following will be for the company’s expense: Fidelity Fund Certificate Professional Business Cards Chromadek and Correx boards Unlimited Property 24 advertising Office Stationery & WiFi Qualified database of active leads Constant training will be provided for our in-house system, legal documentation, and your day-to-day duties.
