Managed People Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of Facilitator and Assessor Consultant, based in Cape Town. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality accredited learning programmes resulting in a positive learning experience for our learners.Responsibilities include : Facilitate engaging online (via MS Teams) and in-person training sessions tailored to the needs and objectives of different audiences.Utilize various online tools and platforms to facilitate learning.Create interactive learning experiences that encourage participation and knowledge sharing among participants.Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to support their learning.Conduct assessments and compile accurate, timely reports in line with regulatory requirements.Qualifications and Experience : Minimum two years' relevant work experience in a Wholesale & Retail environment.Experience in facilitating training sessions or similar learning experiences.Accredited assessor, registered with WRSETA (mandatory).
