As the Engineer you will be responsible for planning and directing the design , installation, testing and operation maintenance . You will need to develop and maintain relationships with clients and other internal and external parties.

 

Duties and responsibilities include:

 

  • Assign, direct, train, oversee and evaluate employees work.
  • Coordinate and direct projects and technical activities.
  • Review and approve product designs and changes.
  • Confer with management, sales, procurement and production staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Perform relevant administrative functions.
  • Liaise with clients on technical issues and specifications.
  • Perform design work according to sound engineering principles.
  • Prepare and present technical reports to the clients.
  • Ensure health and safety of the employees.
  • Providing, receiving, observing, analysing, evaluating, solving and communicating information with relevant personnel.
  • Ensure that employees and processes comply with laws, regulations and standards.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Electrical/ Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the Electrical Engineering Environment.
  • Experience with AutoCAD & Inventor.
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, principles and practical application of engineering science and technology.
