Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into actionable technical tasks. Define project scope and align business and technical teams. Design data pipelines, propose AI solutions, and support development cycles. Facilitate collaboration between business, engineering teas, and EDE team. Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient software / Custom solutions. Build, deploy, and scale cloud applications using AWS with a focus on performance and security. Document system designs, APIs, and key technical details. Resolve operational issues and support new use case onboarding. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project goals. Take ownership and deliver impactful, meaningful solutions. Prepare and perform data analysis. Introduce data and machine learning models. Develop data visualization. Implement data and machine learning methods. Process use cases to answer business-relevant questions. Transfer data and machine learning models to the appropriate infrastructures. Evaluate and continuously update the technological market development. Develop and update reusable technological solution blocks (building blocks) and integrate them into existing data infrastructures. Derive and advise on technology-specific qualification requirements. Use programming languages and data visualization tools to prepare data, extract knowledge from the data (data analytics), and automate decisions (AI). Support the identification of data-driven use cases and incorporate them into the value creation process. Collect and process adequate data (quality and quantity) for further use in the client's data ecosystem. Qualifications 6-10 years in professional software development. Relevant degree or additional experience. Agile working experience. Essential Skills Strong data engineering skills, including Python coding and data ingestion (ETL, Kafka, Apache Spark). Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, pytest). Hands‑on experience with AWS services (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SQS). Familiarity with Git and GitHub Actions for version control and CI/CD. Understanding of UI/UX principles and RESTful APIs / GraphQL. Adaptability to perform additional tasks under the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter. Additional Skills Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and specifically LLM-based applications. Problem‑solving capabilities. Driven and willing to learn new technologies in order to be able to solve different problems. Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work interdependently and to submit deliverables on time and with excellent quality. Ability to work within a multi‑national organisational structure and to work with colleagues from all over the world. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with both technical and non‑technical colleagues/users. Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements with an aptitude to move concepts through to proposal and successful implementation. Strong presentation skills.
