About the Role
Our client, a reputable recruitment consultancy, is looking for a proactive and skilled Recruitment Consultant to join their team serving the Pretoria region. Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements for various positions. Build and nurture a strong network of both active and passive candidates. Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure suitability for client roles. Manage client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing recruitment solutions. Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing feedback to both candidates and clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database. Requirements Previous experience in recruitment or a sales-focused role is essential. Strong understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and interviewing best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in using recruitment software and online platforms. Must be comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with office-based activities in Pretoria.
