About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior Management Consultant to join their growing practice, focusing on strategy and operations, based in Pretoria. Key Responsibilities
Lead client engagements focused on strategy formulation, operational efficiency improvements, and organizational redesign. Conduct comprehensive business process analyses, identifying bottlenecks and recommending data-driven solutions for optimization. Develop detailed strategic plans, financial models, and implementation roadmaps tailored to client needs and market dynamics. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams to build internal capabilities and ensure sustainable change. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. Requirements Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on strategy and operations. Proven experience in project management, stakeholder management, and delivering complex business solutions. Advanced proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and utilizing various business intelligence tools.
