Our client is looking for a motivated Graduate Architectural Technologist to join their innovative team, supporting projects remotely. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a recent qualification in Architectural Technology to kick-start their career and gain hands-on experience. You will assist senior technologists and architects in producing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation. The role emphasizes developing strong technical skills in a supportive, virtual work environment, allowing you to contribute effectively to various design and construction phases.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of detailed technical drawings and construction documentation using CAD and BIM software. Support the team in developing specifications and schedules for building materials and components. Participate in virtual project coordination meetings and contribute to technical discussions. Conduct research on building codes, regulations, and sustainable building practices. Maintain organized digital project files and documentation for remote access. Requirements Degree or National Diploma in Architectural Technology. Basic proficiency in Auto CAD and/or Revit. Strong understanding of construction principles and technical drawing standards.
