Group Accountant Reference: NFE -SUZ-1 Join a large courier company as a Group Accountant based in Johannesburg East. Duties & Responsibilities Job & Company Description: They have expanded to become one of the leading courier companies in South Africa. Their commitment to customer service and innovation serves as crucial elements of their success, allowing their customers to concentrate on their business objectives while entrusting the courier and logistics aspects to them. Job Experience & Skills Required: Preparation of monthly Shareholders' packages Collaboration with Business Units on monthly reporting materials Oversight of group cash flow reporting and management Conducting group consolidations involving approximately 8 entities Facilitating due diligence processes as necessary Compilation of investment documentation for potential acquisitions Providing support services to startup companies or newly acquired entities Oversight of Group Profit and Loss (P&L) management Assessing business processes within Business Units to enhance efficiency and profitability Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accounting Completion of Articles training towards Chartered Accountancy is desirable Qualified CA(SA) Experience: Demonstrated experience in financial accounting Previous experience in the logistics or courier industry is advantageous APPLY NOW If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
