Are you an experienced retail professional ready to take the next step in your management career? Cash Crusaders is looking for ambitious, results-driven Assistant Store Managers and Store Managers who are passionate about retail, leadership and people development.
Join our team as a Trainee Manager and build on your existing management experience while developing the skills needed to lead a successful Cash Crusaders store. This is an opportunity to grow within a dynamic retail environment that values operational excellence, outstanding customer service and strong leadership. Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Sales
Drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
Maximise profitability through effective management of gross profit (GP), add-on sales and other revenue streams.
Maintain merchandising, marketing and operational standards.
Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Stock & Inventory Management
Ensure effective stock control and inventory management.
Monitor stock levels in line with customer demand and sales performance.
Minimise stock losses and maintain accurate stock records.
Customer Service
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote a customer-first culture.
Monitor Mystery Shopper results and customer feedback.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Leadership & People Development
Lead, motivate and develop teams to achieve business objectives.
Manage employee performance and support individual growth.
Identify and develop future leaders through succession planning.
Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing team environment.
Administration & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies, systems and procedures.
Oversee daily administrative duties, including cash-ups, safe checks, alarm checks and recordkeeping.
Maintain high standards of operational control and accountability.
What We’re Looking ForPrevious retail management experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
A target-driven mindset with a passion for retail and customer service.
A willingness to learn, grow and take on greater management responsibility.
Willingness to relocate anywhere in Gauteng.
Working Hours: Retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
