Manage Technical Resources and Support Services Maintain servers, both physical and virtual Ensure security of data, network, and backups. Audit systems and identify problem areas. Maintain hardware (including UPS) Maintain printers. Manage telephone system. Manage software licensing e.g. AV, Office, KLZ Attend to the technical requirements or requests of Management and staff in an expedient manner. Ensure reliability and speedy downtime recovery Implement failsafe, contingencies, and redundancies. Maintain Disaster Recovery. Management relationships with Vendors/Suppliers (SLAs) Seacom (Fibre) RJ45 (Microwave Link, Firewall and Email) Outsource Digital (Printers) Sentech (Broadcast) Paul Switch UP (PABX and Phone System) Manage Technical budget Set annual budget Set budget October every year. Monthly technical expenses report Ensure monthly budgets below.
