KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS CORE COMPETENCIESProven Leadership and Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.Ability to draft and manage comprehensive ICT projects in a complex environment.Extensive experience in writing business proposals and reports.Knowledge of megatrends in digital transformation and proven ability to undertake research in the application of technologyDemonstrable experience in resource management including Financial, management & Human Resources Management principles.Proven ability to identify and act on trends in IT within the business environment.Thorough understanding in the application of the ITIL and COBIT Frameworks;Proven experience in strategic sourcing of ICT services, contract and Service Level ManagementExperience in conceptualization and delivery of integrated digital solutionsExperience in capacity building including designing and offering technical training REQUIREMENTSM + 4 Degree with a major in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information SystemsMinimum of 6 years technical support experienceMinimum 3 years experience in a managerial role in a technical environment.
