Your Role in Creating Change

As a Parent Pathways Mentor, you’ll work closely with localcommunity and government services to deliver personalised,family-focused support. Working in Marraylands,you’ll be part of a collaborative effort to build a just andcompassionate society, uplifting families and helping them achievetheir goals.

Experience:
Tertiary qualification in Human Services (Social Work, Education, Youth Work, Employment Services) or equivalentexperience. Training in working with families facing complexneeds. Experience in case management and working withmarginalised individuals. Certifications : Child Safe Environments and RAN-EC qualification. DHS Working with Children Check. DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check. Skills & Commitment : Knowledge of educational and vocational pathways. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databasesystems.
