About the Role

They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solidity Developer to architect and implement the smart contracts that underpin their innovative games. This role requires a deep understanding of game mechanics, tokenomics, and the secure development of smart contracts on EVM-compatible blockchains. You will play a crucial role in defining the in-game economies, player ownership of assets, and the overall decentralized architecture of their gaming platform. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts for blockchain games.
- Implement complex game logic, token standards (e.g., ERC-721, ERC-1155), and in-game economies using Solidity.
- Collaborate with game designers and developers to integrate smart contracts seamlessly into the gaming experience.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and code reviews to ensure the integrity and safety of smart contracts.
- Optimize smart contracts for gas efficiency and performance.
- Research and implement new blockchain technologies and trends relevant to blockchain gaming.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to smart contract functionality.
- Contribute to the overall architecture of the game's decentralized components.
- Stay informed about the evolving landscape of NFTs and blockchain gaming.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years focused on Solidity and smart contract development.
- Proven experience developing smart contracts for NFTs, tokenomics, and decentralized applications.
- Strong understanding of blockchain gaming concepts, including player-driven economies and asset ownership.
- Proficiency with smart contract development frameworks like Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Node.js, and front-end development is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
