Sales agents are responsible for building and maintaining their own client base, marketing and selling Old Mutual products and contributing to the financial wellbeing of the community. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a personal client base. Market and sell Old Mutual products. Contribute to the financial wellbeing of the community. What do we need from you? Grade 12 (Matric) certificate. Clear credit and criminal record. 6-12 months sales / retail experience (advantageous but not essential). Proven digital literacy (MS Office, WhatsApp, etc.). Excellent communication and numeracy skills. Flair, passion, and high energy for sales and achieving targets. High attention to detail and self‑driven performer. Target and goal driven. Client service oriented. Adherence to company values and policies. Good business acumen. Proactive. Ability to influence. Confident decision making. Ability to handle pressure and setbacks. Good interpersonal skills. Trustworthy. Good time management skills. Resilience.
