BOUTIQUE HOTEL MANAGER
Boutique Hotel | Commencement: 1 December 2026
An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced, hands‑on hospitality professional to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of an exclusive 8-room boutique hotel. We are seeking a dedicated, organised and guest‑focused individual with a passion for hospitality, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to lead a small team while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing the daily operations of the boutique hotel
- Managing reservations, bookings and online booking platforms
- Handling guest check-ins, check-outs and guest relations
- Coordinating breakfast and conferencing requirements
- Managing housekeeping and conducting room and public area inspections
- General administration and operational coordination
- Supervising and supporting a small team
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the hospitality, guesthouse or hotel industry
- Sound working knowledge of NightsBridge and online booking platforms, including Apply Below and Expedia
- Excellent computer literacy and administrative skills
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem‑solving abilities
- Professional presentation and excellent written and spoken communication skills
- A high level of integrity, reliability, dedication and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
- 5 days per week
- Alternating weekly between early and late shifts
- Early shift: 06:00–15:30
- Late shift: 15:00–23:00
- Weekly schedules determined every Sunday for the week ahead
