Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Auto Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, wiring, testing, and maintenance of fuel management systems on various types of vehicles, tanks, and equipment. This role requires technical precision, problem-solving ability, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Install and wire fuel management systems, sensors, flow meters, and control units on vehicles and stationary fuel tanks. Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of electronic components and wiring. Conduct system calibrations, configurations, and functionality testing after installation. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Maintain accurate installation and service records, ensuring compliance with company standards. Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery. Adhere to health, safety, and quality standards during all installations and repairs. Provide technical support and training to clients where necessary. Qualifications and Experience N3 or higher qualification in Electrical or Auto Electrical Engineering. Trade Test Certificate (Auto Electrician) – essential. Minimum 3 years' experience as an auto electrician, preferably within fuel management, fleet management, or telematics installations. Proven experience with electronic control systems, sensors, and vehicle wiring. Knowledge of fuel dispensing and monitoring systems (e.g., Technotrade, Mepsan, Gilbarco, or similar) will be advantageous. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites. Skills and Competencies Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent understanding of 12V and 24V vehicle electrical systems. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
