About the Role
Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to join their team in Nelspruit. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, social, and display advertising, with a strong focus on driving measurable ROI and conversions for their online store. This role requires a deep understanding of performance metrics, A/B testing, and campaign optimization techniques to maximize advertising spend and achieve aggressive growth targets. You will work in a results-oriented environment, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and continuous improvement, contributing to the company's overall e-commerce success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and other relevant channels. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize for key metrics like ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate. Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. Manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of spend across different campaigns and platforms. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce advertising. Requirements Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on e-commerce. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms. Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience with data analysis. Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
