Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes when needed.
• Act as a primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer personalized recommendations for local attractions and services.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to fulfill guest requests.
• Gather guest feedback through various channels and report findings to management.
• Assist in maintaining the hotel's high standards of service and presentation.
• Prepare welcome amenities and ensure VIP guests receive special attention.
• Maintain accurate guest records and preferences.
• Contribute to creating a positive and memorable guest experience in Soweto, Gauteng .

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality and tourism industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for guest service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and hotel systems is a plus.
