LS of SA offers expertise in broadcasting, automated RF spectrum management and monitoring systems, RF engineering and consulting, and RF planning. Their projects span regulatory, commercial, mining, industrial, and Public Protection and Disaster Relief (PPDR) environments, meeting diverse and complex customer requirements. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Electronics Developer located in the City of Johannesburg, Ruimsig area. The Electronic Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic systems and components. Day-to-day tasks include creating circuit designs, implementing and analyzing electronic solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with team members on projects, and ensuring systems meet quality and performance standards. The role requires active involvement in delivering innovative RF engineering solutions for diverse projects and have constant communication with our Germany office to deliver on specifications and request. This is excellent international exposure and will be exposed working with engineers with years of experience. Qualifications Strong technical skills in RF engineering, circuit design, testing, and troubleshooting Experience with firmware development, embedded systems, and programming languages Proficiency in analytical tools and methodologies for system performance evaluation Familiarity with automated RF spectrum management and monitoring systems Ability to work collaboratively in teams to implement effective electronic and RF solutions Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Willingness to work on-site and travel when required for project needs Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Prior experience in the broadcasting, telecommunications, or industrial sectors is beneficial Experience More than 3 years experience with electronic design, development and Proof of Concept testing More than 3 years Altium Designer (Or Similar) experience Preferably RF or telecommunications industry Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries Telecommunications Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at LS of South Africa Radio Communication Services by 2x Get notified about new Developer jobs in City of Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa . #J-18808-Ljbffr
