Overview Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, 30 Baker Street To plan, lead, manage & deliver independent, objective & professional assurance engagements across BCB Non Financial Risk (NFR) portfolios. To provide insights that will assist in shaping the risk profiles of businesses and keep relevant Committees and Management Teams informed on assurance. Co-ordinate assurance activities across BCB and with other assurance providers in the group to formulate a consolidated view for BCB. Engage across portfolios to review outcomes, findings & recommendations. Lead BCB Digitisation objectives, practices & processes that enable effective & efficient ongoing assurance execution, contributing towards maximising cost saving, minimising NFR risks & providing continuous assurance to leadership. Qualifications Type of Qualification: First DegreeField of Study: Risk Management, Internal Audit or Financial Accounting Experience Required Operational Risk Management 7-10 year’s experience in conducting audits and assessments, with an understanding of the business environment. Experience in computer assisted auditing techniques (CAATs) is essential. Team leadership experience as well as project management experience is required. Experience in banking or risk management will be an added advantage.
