- Senior Salesforce Developer (FSC) Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using: Apex classes and triggers Visualforce pages (where applicable) Implement automation using Salesforce Flows, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder. Write reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices. Configure and customize FSC features, including: Household and Account Models Financial Accounts and Products Referrals, Opportunities, and Cases Client Onboarding and Engagement Workflows Optimize FSC implementation to support business processes, compliance, and reporting requirements. 3. Salesforce Configuration & Omni Studio Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts. Develop Omni Studio components including Omni Scripts, Integration Procedures, and Data Raptors. Support process automation and digital workflow implementations. 4. Integration & APIs Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, or middleware solutions. Ensure secure and reliable data exchange across systems. 5. Testing & Deployment Participate in unit testing, UAT, and production support. Troubleshoot and resolve performance, data, or system issues. Work closely with business analysts, architects, and product teams to understand requirements. Participate in code reviews and design discussions. Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in: Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering Or related field Experience & Skills 3–7+ years of Salesforce development experience. Strong experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Hands-on experience with: Apex, LWC, Triggers Salesforce Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder Omni Studio components (preferred) Experience with Salesforce configuration, custom objects, validation rules, and automation. Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools. Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and deployment practices. Knowledge of banking or financial services processes is a plus. Preferred Certifications Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to deliver high-quality technical solutions independently Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to mentor junior developers and guide technical decisions Attention to detail and commitment to code quality and best practices Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely and high-quality delivery of Salesforce solutions Accuracy and completeness of FSC configuration and customizations Successful integration with external systems Code quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices Contribution to team knowledge sharing and mentoring Skills
