About The Role GenAI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. As an AI Tutor in Coding, you will collaborate on these projects. Responsibilities Generate prompts that challenge AI. Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI’s answers. Correct the model’s responses based on domain‑specific knowledge. From creating training prompts to refining model responses, you’ll help shape the future of AI. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related fields. At least 3 years of professional experience with a strong command of Ruby and key ecosystem tools (RSpec, Bundler). Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher). Confident use of Git and standard Linux CLI tools. Hands‑on experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). Deep understanding of testing principles and test‑driven development; strong debugging, profiling, and code optimization skills. Desirable Contributions to open‑source Ruby projects (pull requests, code reviews, issue tracking). Experience with large monorepositories or major open‑source projects. Experience with automated benchmarking, scripting, or infrastructure‑as‑code tools. Experience with AI‑generated code or code evaluation projects. Soft Skills Analytical and detail‑oriented mindset; proactive identification of bugs, edge cases, and test coverage gaps. Concise and structured communication in documentation and asynchronous team discussions. Strong ownership; ability to drive tasks end‑to‑end, propose improvements, and flag risks or blockers promptly. Adaptability and resilience; thrives in fast‑changing requirements and ambiguous project contexts. Team player; open to code reviews, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
