Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Certification: Professional registration with the SA Council of Quantity Surveying (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the construction industry as a qualified Quantity Surveyor.
- Expertise: Extensive experience in electrical installation projects, particularly within refrigeration and food-related contexts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in creating detailed electrical circuit drawings and interpreting technical specifications.
- Costing Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction measurement and costing principles.
- Software Familiarity: Comfortable with industry-standard software for technical drawings and project management.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to gather precise measurements and technical details for accurate quotations.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Develop comprehensive Bills of Materials (BoM) based on approved work.
- Create and interpret electrical circuit drawings, optimizing cable tray placement and component layout.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients for efficient project execution.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets effectively.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all project-related activities and communications.
