Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify operational inefficiencies, strategic gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and present comprehensive strategic recommendations to C-level executives and key stakeholders. Lead project teams in the design and implementation of business process improvements, organizational restructuring, and change management initiatives. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, build consensus, and drive decision-making. Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Contribute to the development of new service offerings and thought leadership within the consultancy. Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development. Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic planning for clients. Requirements A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in management consulting or a related strategic advisory role. Proven track record of successfully leading complex transformation projects. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong understanding of various business functions, including operations, finance, marketing, and human resources. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated experience in change management and stakeholder engagement. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Experience in the Kwa Zulu-Natal market is advantageous.
