We need an experienced Restaurant Manager to run our daily operations and deliver top-tier dining experiences. You will manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams, optimize profits, and uphold high standards for food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and lead service and kitchen team members.
Operations: Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, inventory levels, and supplier orders.
Customer Service: Greet guests, monitor service flow, and resolve any complaints quickly.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce local health, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
Requirements and Skills
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality role. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
