Attention all motivated and analytically minded Admin Managers A leading telecoms concern is looking for a highly driven individual to join their energetic team as a reliable and robust member of the finance department. This is an opportunity to be part of a professional team looking to track, analyse and manage all business claims. This role is suited to anyone who works well within a team and has exceptional organisation and admin ability. Duties & Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Performing a variety of analysis (ageing, trend, sales etc) Ensuring various compliance for the purpose of audits Data management and claims tracking Reviewing business margins Loading new supplier details and agreements Following up on all outstanding supplier information Act as a responsible source for any requirements from stakeholders Act as a contact point between the finance team and operations/sales team Build and maintain strong supplier/stakeholder relations Convert information and data into clear and easy to understand results Ad hoc reporting Desired Experience & Qualification The ideal candidate needs to have the following non-negotiables: 3 to 5 years’ experience working in a finance team Experience/understanding of incentive schemes and claims Strong analytical and numerate ability Exceptional organisation and admin skill Package & Remuneration R35,000 to R45,000 (Total Cost To Company) Interested?
