Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in field sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate new business and close deals. Experience in the training and education industry will be a distinct advantage. Key Responsibilities Actively promote and sell all accredited training programmes (e.g., First Aid, Fire, Working at Heights, Health & Safety, etc.) to new and existing clients. Conduct on-the-road sales visits across various regions and maintain accurate records in a travel logbook. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and service excellence. Identify new business opportunities and follow through on leads to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales presentations to potential clients. Follow up on all leads, quotations, and pending deals to ensure a consistent sales pipeline. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. Attend meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events when required. Minimum Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in on-the-road sales, including maintaining a travel logbook. Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. Proven track record in sales growth, deal negotiation, and closing. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently. Experience within the training or education sector will be an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Professional and well‑presented. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Customer‑focused with a passion for building relationships. Confident, persuasive, and results‑oriented.
