Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer - After Sales New Yesterday My client, a manufacturing/engineering company based near Stourport-on-Severn, is looking to recruit a Sales Engineer – After Sales on a permanent basis. You will be a key member of the sales team, building relationships with existing and new customers and producing quotes in a professional and efficient manner. Responsibilities: Process customer orders Deal with enquiries over the phone, email, and sometimes in person (client visits) Produce quotes in a timely manner and follow up appropriately Provide product information to clients in a clear and professional manner Keep customers updated on order status Maintain MongoDB at all times Explore new business opportunities Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within manufacturing Good knowledge of AutoCAD, 2D and 3D Good IT skills Excellent communication skills with an ability to get on people at all levels of business Good numerical skills Strong negotiating skills with an ability to overcome objections The salary for this role is up to £36,000.
