Responsibilities Provide a professional agriculture, economics and valuation service to support the provinces in effectively managing collateral by conducting on‑site visits to assess the condition and value of collateral, highlighting operational factors that may impact the condition and future value. Conduct on‑farm or on‑site agronomical assessments and inspections of bank security and revaluations, manage collateral in line with the loan agreement and CMS process, identify collateral shortfalls, make recommendations to improve farm status and mitigate risks. Provide ongoing technical advice to the provincial team on valuations.
