Recruitment Consultant – Cape Town – Century City Join our dynamic recruiting team at our Century City office in Cape Town. About the Role Full‑time. 40‑60k Rand per month base, 47.5 hours per week with UK hours (10AM‑20:15PM SA time). 12.5% commission on placements, weekly KPI bonus 2,500‑10,000 Rand. Responsibilities Work 3.75 hours a day on the phone reaching out to prospects. Dedicated 5 hours a day to research & outreach. 1 hour a day for training and meetings. Collaborate with $500k‑$1m billers and utilize the best dataset of lawyers worldwide. Qualifications High level of drive. White‑collar recruitment experience. Ability to work long hours covering partial USA hours. Compensation & Benefits Paid period: 50k‑60k Rand per month. 12.5% commission on placements. Weekly KPI bonuses 2,500‑10,000 Rand. Daily training provided. Benefits 100% in office with secure parking or paid Uber home. Amazing offices and a culture of 30+ employees.
