Reference : PE Job Overview CP-1 Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Co‑ordinator to join their company. Duties & Responsibilities Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. A tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage. Qualifications 2 – 3 years experience in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry. Valid driver's license and own vehicle. The ability to work independently and attend weekly team meetings and bi‑weekly meetings in Polokwane. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Attentive to customer needs and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of market trends and social media platforms. Responsibilities Implement effective sales strategies to maximize company revenue. Create promotional material and marketing campaigns to attract suitable clientele. Research new markets and business opportunities to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Represent the company at various exhibition events, trade shows, and networking events. Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of potential and existing clients. Prepare sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the company. Review the customer service quality of the company to ensure customers are tended to properly and resolve customer complaints. Create and maintain customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service and building sustainable relationships with clients. Strengthen relationships with existing customers. Set annual sales budgets, reports, and forecasts. Implement effective strategies for achieving sales targets.
