Our Cape Town office is looking to add a Junior UK Consultant Support member to join their Education Corporate Services team. Job overview: We are seeking keen, motivated self-starters to work in our Education Corporate Services team where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and operations of the Sable International Education corporate services business, ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to and that customer service levels are maintained. The role primarily involves managing a client base, processing Child-Student and Student visa applications, and providing end-to-end support throughout the process. This includes ensuring full compliance at every stage in all circumstances with the relevant legislation. You’re perfect for this position if you: Have outstanding communication skills Are proactive and able to take initiative Have excellent attention to detail Are motivated, energetic and can work individually and as part of a team Are structured and organised with good time management skills Can work well under pressure Have excellent interpersonal skills and can work with people from all levels Are computer literate, particularly MS Excel, Word and Outlook Extra points if you have: Dynamics 365 CRM experience Your role and responsibilities: Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include: Administration: Managing and distributing inbound client communication Managing system-generated workflows and client information Ensuring record-keeping and management of client folders (physical and electronic) Application management: Preparing applications and supporting documentation Evaluating applications and assess documentation Maintaining accurate database records and other electronic records in accordance with system verification requirements Completing Child Student/Student visa applications Managing inbound client enquiries and communication, both online and telephonically Analysing and validating client documentation Creating, managing and maintaining client records via our CRM system Other: You may be asked from time to time to undertake other tasks that are relevant to your position.
