About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Lead Machine Learning Engineer with a strong specialization in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to spearhead their AI initiatives in Tembisa, Gauteng . In this critical role, you will guide a talented team of engineers and data scientists in designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated NLP models and systems. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning projects, from data acquisition and pre-processing to model training, evaluation, and production deployment. This position demands a deep understanding of current NLP techniques, including transformer architectures, language modeling, and sentiment analysis. You will play a key role in defining the technical roadmap for NLP development and ensuring the scalability and robustness of our AI solutions.
