Senior Helpdesk Internet /Technical Support

Company: Internet Service Provider

Location: Northern Suburbs

Salary: Negotiable (R23,000, negotiable upon interview)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with another Internet Service Provider
  • Helpdesk support (WIFI / FIBRE / INTERNET) experience with clients
  • Management and monitoring of network and towers
  • Knowledge of OSPF, BGB, MPLS
  • Familiarity with Ubiquiti and Mikrotik hardware
  • Proficiency in Radius Manager software
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Ability to manage and assist installers
  • Own transport to Edgemead
  • Valid driver''s license
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate as a team player
  • Availability for overtime at least twice a week
  • Normal working hours from 8 am to 5 pm
  • Willingness to micro-manage junior helpdesk technicians when needed

The ideal candidate must possess all the mentioned qualifications as they will play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of the network.
