Containerization expertise: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm. DevOps and CI / CD tools: Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Maven. Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ) and event‑driven architecture. Solid understanding of TDD (Test‑Driven Development) using JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber. Experience with Reactive programming (Project Reactor, RxJava) is an advantage. Banking or financial services experience is a strong plus. Soft Skills & Attributes Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, Agile environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning. Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers.
