Responsibilities Profit & Revenue Management Proactively execute sales strategy and business plan to achieve targets and improve bottom‑line revenue. Structure and calculate positive revenue from commercial deals for sign‑off. Ensure strategic initiatives are correctly interpreted, evaluated, and implemented. Product Management Understand the organisation’s product, benefits, and service offerings. Present the targeted merchant base with the most suitable solution to meet their e‑commerce needs. Interpret merchant requirements and resolve queries promptly. Process Management Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Maintain a streamlined workflow of daily administrative and sales tasks. Consolidate and present regular or ad‑hoc information for management reporting. Continuously improve manual processes and apply technology where possible. Personal Development Engage in ongoing training, cross‑training, and up‑skilling. Prepare and sign‑off PDPs and take ownership of career development. Participate in quarterly performance appraisals. Stakeholder Management Foster mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation and pipeline improvement initiatives. Governance & Compliance Review, propose, and update sales‑related documents and templates. Ensure adherence to legislation and regulatory requirements while controlling risk. Stay abreast of compliance requirements such as AML and the Consumer Protection Act. Qualifications Grade 12 or equivalent (essential). Diploma in Business Administration or Banking (beneficial). Experience & Skills 3+ years of sales experience (essential). Pro‑active, cold‑calling, and pipeline development experience. 3–5 years in the e‑commerce & payments industry, preferably with acquiring and issuing experience (beneficial). Understanding of sales team dynamics and target orientation. Independently driven and able to influence behaviour. Computer literate (MS Office, Excel). Strong relationship management, networking, communication, and negotiation skills. Enthusiastic, energetic, resilient.
