Job Title Guest Experience Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced couple to join our team as Guest Experience Managers. About the Role The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services, including managing guest interactions, maintaining a clean and organized lobby area, and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes. Key Responsibilities Front of House: Manage guest relationships, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and ensure smooth arrival and departure procedures. Handyman: Perform maintenance tasks, including electrical and plumbing duties, equipment upkeep, and general lodge maintenance. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 34 years of experience in a similar Front of House or receptionist position at a luxury lodge. You should also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be fluent in Afrikaans and English, and have a well-groomed, energetic, and professional demeanor. Additional Requirements A strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for this role. No dependents (live-in position) or a maximum of two small dogs allowed on the premises.
