We are seeking a Global Mobility Support Specialist to support one of our largest clients and work closely with senior professionals in the global mobility and expatriate tax environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail focused, eager to learn, and ready to immerse themselves in the corporate world. Key Responsibilities Operational and Client Support You will attend to client specific matters, which include, but are not limited to: Managing diaries for senior team members and scheduling Teams meetings and in-person meetings. Drafting clear and accurate meeting minutes. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth assignment processes. Adding new matters (for both new and existing clients) to the tracking sheet. Coordinating with the global partner network to support multi-jurisdictional matters. Communicating regularly with assignees, managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Monitoring best practice global mobility policies to ensure they are implemented for our clients. Preparing proposals, presentations, and requests for quotations. Preparing client invoices, maintaining a master invoice tracker, and tracking disbursements. Mailbox, Tracking, and Workflow Management Managing shared mobility mailboxes, including acknowledging receipt, setting timelines, drafting and responding to emails, following up with consultants, updating trackers, scheduling meetings, and sourcing information from external contacts. Ensuring all pending matters with due dates are actioned timeously. Tracking each mobility matter through the full life cycle, including assignment planning, tax briefings, tax return processes, registrations, and de-registrations. Preparing breakdowns for the tax teams for each calculation run. Compiling travel day schedules for assignees using passport stamps or travel data. Reviewing documents received and updating the checklist till complete. Exposure and Growth Opportunities This position offers exposure across 27 jurisdictions in both tax, law, employment relations and immigration, as well as close collaboration with all business units within the Firm.
