Role GenAI Content Writer Location Remote until further notice About the Role We are seeking someone to join the Pencil team as a Mid GenAI Content Writer , to write educational and support content for users of the Pencil platform, including help articles, blogs, instructional playbooks, and more. This role involves creating high‑quality content that is clear, engaging, and actionable, helping users get the most out of the Pencil platform. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Product, Customer Success, and Training to ensure content aligns with product updates, user needs, and best practices. You will need a strong command of language, an eye for detail, and the ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly. Doing this successfully will deliver impact for our clients, increase user adoption, and make you a key contributor to Pencil’s educational content strategy.
