Qualifications 3 years Diploma/Degree in Marketing (NQF level 7), Communications or related field 2–4 years' experience in marketing (Healthcare/Medical sector advantageous) Proven digital marketing and social media experience Computer literacy: MS Office, CRM & design/marketing tools Valid driver's licence & ability to travel for events/training when required. Key Responsibilities – Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement marketing plans aligned to business objectives Support product launches and brand positioning in the healthcare market Conduct market segmentation and competitor analysis Create and manage marketing campaigns across multimedia platforms Digital & Content Marketing Manage social media platforms, website content, email campaigns, and SEO Develop multimedia content (brochures, presentations, newsletters, product sheets) Track and report digital performance metrics and engagement analytics Brand & Corporate Communication Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels Manage internal and external communication for campaigns and events Maintain strong brand presence within healthcare sector networks Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support business growth Support customer education initiatives (webinars, product workshops, medical events) Liaise with suppliers, media partners, and advertising agencies Administration & Reporting Maintain marketing budget and assist with supplier procurement Prepare monthly marketing and performance reports Manage company marketing collateral and promotional materials #J-18808-Ljbffr
