Human Resources Manager Reporting to General Manager Group HR Manager Duties & Responsibilities Ensure company policies & procedures are adhered to. Provide advisory and administrative support for disciplinary matters. Assist in preparing for and representing at CCMA hearings. Drive the recruitment process. Induction, guidance and assistance for new hires. Maintain employee payroll administration. Maintain employee file records. Create contracts, job offers and amendments. Drive training & development initiatives. Monthly reporting. Provide general reports as required. Ensure BCEA compliance. Drive and organise leadership and culture development. Organise and develop external training projects. Perform administrative duties. Core Competencies Previous lodge HR management experience. Highly organised and detail oriented. Excellent Excel and database management skills. Assertive and resilient. Able to work under pressure. Flexible and adaptable. Logical and objective. Qualifications Prior hospitality experience.
