About Us We are a fast-growing UK-based cleaning company committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be responsible for finding, contacting, and onboarding cleaners across the UK. You’ll work closely with the recruitment team to keep candidate data accurate, manage communications, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Key Responsibilities Contact candidates via phone and conduct short interviews. Maintain online candidate records. Keep Excel sheets and records accurate and up to date (data capturing). Manage emails and calendars using Outlook. Provide general admin support to the recruitment team. Answer overflow calls and take detailed messages. Compensation & Benefits Salary: R7,000 per month 40 days paid leave per year Fully remote, work-from-home position Training and growth opportunities within an international company If you’re organised, motivated, and ready to develop your career in recruitment, we’d love to welcome you to our team Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or recruitment. Good English communication skills (spoken and written). Comfortable speaking to people on the phone. Confident using Outlook, Excel, and data-capturing tools. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Organised, reliable, and eager to learn. Self-motivated and able to meet daily and weekly targets.
