We bring a life-cycle perspective to our clients, from development solutions to our core services in programme, project and cost management and consulting in digital solutions, tenancy management, sustainability, leisure & entertainment, and workplace & design. Role Purpose We are seeking a skilled Architectural Visualization Artist to join our 3D studio, specializing in corporate interior visualization. The ideal candidate will excel in both 3D modeling and post-production, bringing creativity, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail to our team. What this job involves Create high-quality 3D visualizations of corporate interior spaces Develop and refine detailed 3D models using advanced techniques Perform extensive post-production work to achieve photorealistic results Collaborate with designers and project managers to understand project requirements. Desired skills and experience for this Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and Adobe Photoshop Advanced Photoshop skills for high-end post-production work Strong 3D modeling abilities, including knowledge of RailClone and Forest Pack Excellent understanding of architectural principles and interior design Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural visualization Outstanding portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural visualization work. Experience with Chaos Vantage and Adobe After Effects Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit Familiarity with current industry trends and standards The ideal candidate will be passionate about 3D visualization and post-production, eager to learn new techniques, and committed to staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
