Events & Operations ManagerCenturion, Gauteng | Full‑time, Office‑based | From R50, + per month (cost to company, negotiable depending on experience) EVH Events is a leading event production company specialising in professional sound, lighting, staging, LED screens, and AV solutions for corporate functions, product launches, conferences, and high‑end events across South Africa. We are looking for an experienced Events & Operations Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full operational process for events, from client brief to final execution Manage logistics, suppliers, and on‑site teams Handle quoting, invoicing, and budgeting for efficiency and profitability Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service Support the directors with planning, workflow, and general operations Lead and mentor operational and technical staff Uphold EVH's professional standards and brand reputation Work closely with Marketing to align operations with client experience; understanding how event execution, client service, and brand presentation drive repeat business and long‑term loyalty You’ll Thrive If You're highly organised, detail‑focused, and calm under pressure You take ownership of projects and don't need handholding You're confident managing people, budgets, and timelines You take pride in professionalism and exceeding client expectations You're proactive, practical, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment You have a passion for events and love seeing the events come to life Requirements Minimum 10 years in event management, AV production, or a related field Proven ability to manage large, high‑end corporate events Strong understanding of sound, lighting, staging, LED, and AV production Excellent leadership, communication, and client service skills Proficiency in budgeting, quoting, and operational systems Experience with event management platforms and Microsoft Office Suite Based in Gauteng and able to work from our offices at Sovereign Drive, Route 21 Business Park, Centurion Performance & KPI's Successful event delivery on time and within budget High client satisfaction and repeat business Efficient management of staff, suppliers, and workflows Profitability and operational efficiency across projects The Package From R50, + per month (cost to company), depending on experience Performance bonus based on company and project growth Opportunities for professional and leadership development within a premium event brand What We’re LikeWe move fast, stay focused, and take pride in getting every detail right.
