Remote | Client Delivery What You'll Be Doing Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple client accounts (8–10 at a time), ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and with excellence. Act as the primary client contact, leading calls and presenting updates to marketing leaders and decision-makers. Coordinate across cross-functional teams (strategists, designers, developers, analysts) to keep priorities clear and deadlines realistic. Monitor performance data, spot insights, and communicate results in a way that's simple and compelling. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to add more value. Keep clients engaged, informed, and confident in the partnership. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have at least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in digital marketing, e-commerce, or technology. Are comfortable managing multiple client projects simultaneously. Have agency experience (strong plus). Are detail‑obsessed and exceptionally organized – you catch issues before they become problems. Can present confidently to senior stakeholders and explain complex ideas in plain language. Have excellent English skills (verbal and written) Bonus Points Previous experience managing marketing, CRO, or digital advertising projects. Familiarity with tools like GA4, Google Ads, or paid social. Prior work in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
