Located in Paarl, the firm is dedicated to innovative and client-centric architecture. Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Paarl for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will manage all aspects of planning and executing architectural projects, including designing and reviewing architectural plans, supervising submittals and project progress, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with sustainability standards (ASHRAE & LEED) and leveraging digital tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) to facilitate design and project coordination. Effective communication with stakeholders and adherence to high‑quality design standards will be integral to the role.
