The Role As a Procurement Coordinator, you will support procurement operations by managing the end‑to‑end process of purchase order creation and administration. Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, you will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all ordering activities while working cross‑functionally with Sales, Category Management, Production, and Supply Chain teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage supplier relationships to support seamless and efficient supply‑chain operations. Key Responsibilities Create, validate, and issue purchase orders, including revisions or additional orders as needed Ensure all orders are accurate and complete before submission to suppliers Address supplier queries related to purchase orders or transportation promptly Develop, maintain, and enhance operational reports to support daily activities and provide senior leadership with actionable insights Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams (Sales, Category Management, Production) to ensure on‑time, in‑full order fulfillment Support supply‑chain operations to ensure timely and complete product deliveries Rapidly resolve operational issues, conduct root‑cause analyses, and implement corrective actions Identify and report tooling or process issues, recommending and driving improvements Assist with master data maintenance, supplier forecasting, delivery schedule updates, and inventory data analysis as needed Ideal Candidate Minimum of 2 years’ experience in purchasing, preferably as a Buyer Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred Strong analytical skills; experience with tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Python for data analysis and reporting is a plus Fluency in English; additional European languages such as German or Polish are an advantage Exceptional communication, collaboration, and self‑management abilities Advanced problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills with a hands‑on, proactive approach Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Assertive, accountable, and adaptable, able to thrive in fast‑paced environments Benefits Be part of a collaborative, innovative environment where your skills in procurement and supply‑chain support can make a real impact.
