Postgraduate qualification or equivalent

Experience/Criteria

Proven experience (8 10 years) in a senior project management role, demonstrating success in developing and executing plans to deadlines and within budgets. Ideally from a Non Profit organisation.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Excellent project planning and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in different stages of development. Excellent analytical skills, strong numeracy, and budget control skills. Competency in Office 365 applications especially MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Creativity and a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Prior experience in or exposure to the not-for-profit sector is a plus. Excellent language proficiency in English and ideally one or two official South African languages.
