Job Summary Costco is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our Customer Support Team in a part-time, remote capacity. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing timely assistance, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information about Costco products, services, memberships, and policies. Resolve complaints, process requests, and elevate issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the companys CRM system. Assist members with online account setup, order tracking, and payment-related questions. Meet performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates. Uphold Costcos reputation for excellence in customer service. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Basic computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously. Customer-first attitude with patience, empathy, and active listening skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. High attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote setting. Experience Prior customer service, call center, or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory . Freshers and students are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Working Hours Part-time remote role with flexible shifts. Candidates may choose between morning, afternoon, or evening schedules. Minimum of 15–20 hours per week. Weekend availability may be required based on business needs.
